Abstract
Radars are general devices for defense, survey & vehicle guidance systems however the sophisticated design & requirements of costly devices makes it out of reach to the daily applications. we proposed an approach to making the device simpler, cheaper & to make the device much compatible for automobiles so that it can be used for automated vehicle driving system as well as collision avoidance system although many other features can be added to it like vehicle signature reading can be used to find out the type of vehicle such as lifesaving or emergency vehicles.

Abstract
RADARs which is used for road anti-collision system, although recent developments in chip manufacturing technology provides as capability to make it multi-function device such that it can be used for automatic driving system but this is another goal, presently we discuss aspect when a large number of vehicles will use this technology then the interference produced by their signals can totally jam the radar hence it become totally unusable to avoid this problem we analyzed the performance of correlation radar for different PN sequences under interference & noisy condition so that the best PN sequence which can properly work on such conditions can be found. We detect the position and get the identification and status of the obstacles. We compute, in real time, the distances toward the preceding vehicles and allow a high data rate communication for exchange data information between obstacles and measure its relative speed.

Abstract
Plate heat exchangers are most critical component of many cryogenic components because the heat transfer surface area per unit volume of the exchanger is very high. The surface area density β is greater than 700m2/m3 of multi stream heat exchanger. Plate fins heat exchanger is widely used in automobile cryogenic space applications and chemical industries. It is mostly used for nitrogen liquefiers; the liquid nitrogen is not produced for they need to be highly efficient. The heat exchanger effectiveness is less than 86% so that it is necessary the heat exchanger effectiveness test before putting them in operation. The geometry of the available plate heat exchanger has rectangular off strip and heat exchanger test ring is used for its testing in the laboratory. The experiment is conducted under balanced condition i.e. the mass flow rate for both sides of fluid stream is same, and the experiment is carried out at different mass flow rates. The effectiveness of heat exchanger is found out

Abstract
Communication of data in public requires data to be transmitted in robust and secure manner. Also, excessive use of digital data in various fields of life demands a secure system. Various techniques such as cryptography, steganography and watermarking have been established. Among these steganography provides better confidentiality as it is the practice of hiding data within data. In digital media steganography, text files, images, audio as well as video are used as carrier. We focus in this paper on digital audio as the carrier. In this paper, a survey on latest audio steganographic methods is carried out along with their strength and weakness. Also, comparison between various steganographic methods based on robustness is carried out. Another contribution of this paper is evaluation of performance of various reviewed steganography techniques.

Abstract
The surveillance cameras nowadays are already prevalent in secured commercial locations, with camera outputs being recorded to tapes that are either rewritten or periodically stored in video archiving systems. In order to benefit from this prerecorded digital data, detecting any moving object from the scene is required and that too without engaging any human aid. Real-time segmentation of moving regions in image sequences has been a fundamental step in many vision systems.

Abstract
The aim of image de-noising is to provide a clean version of a given noisy image, utilizing prior knowledge of the statistics of natural images. The problem has been studied intensively with considerable progress made in recent years. The new proposed algorithm has been proposed to deal with the problems, namely, poor image enhancement at high noise density, which is frequently enhanced in the Improved Mean filter (IMF). In this paper Improved Mean Filtering is used for enhancing the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and image enhancement factor (IEF) both. The performances of proposed ‘Improved Mean Filter’ (IMF) are quantitatively vies as well as the visual and human perception views shows better result in both conditions as compared to other existing filters. Results reveal that the proposed filter exhibits better performance in comparison with MF, AMF, DBA, MDBA, MDBUTMF, MNF filters in terms of higher PSNR and IEF. The performance of the proposed method has to be tested at low, me

Abstract
Cloud computing, which provides online resources as a service to users, brings a technology revolution in IT world. As Cloud Computing is growing rapidly and clients are demanding more services and better results, load balancing for the Cloud has become a very interesting and important research area. Load Balancing is the one of the most important parts of the current virtual environment. In the case of cloud computing environments there were various challenges are there in the load balancing techniques like security, fault tolerance etc. Many algorithms had been proposed for finding the solution of load balancing problem in these fields. But very few algorithms are proposed for cloud computing environment. Since cloud computing is significantly different from these other types of environments, separate load balancing algorithm need to be proposed to cater its requirements. This paper describes a survey on load balancing schemes in cloud environments and their corresponding advantages,

Abstract
This paper discusses in detail the Gaussian mixture model (GMM) is always used to estimate the underlying density function in many real applications. In this pa per, we develop an improved Gaussian mixture model (IGMM) based on least-squares cross-validation (LSCV) and Gaussian PSO with Gaussian jump (GPSOGJ). According to least-squares cross-validation, a new error measure criterion is derived which is used to evaluate the estimation error between the true density function and the estimated density function. Then, GPSOGJ is used to find the optimal parameters that can make the estimation error reach the minimum. In our experiments, we com pare IGMM with two existing methods as GMM with Parzen window (PGMM) and GMM based on particle swarm optimization (PSOGMM) on four probability distributions: Uniform density, Normal density, Exponential density, and Rayleigh density. The experimental results demonstrate that our strategy can get good estimation performance when the corresponding pa

Abstract
Vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs) have started to receive increasing interest recently due to their potential to be used in trace and safety applications in the upcoming years. Recently authentication schemes were to lower communication overhead, preserve node anonymity, isolation of misbehaving nodes, and non-repudiation. Research directions are aimed at implementing a Trust Validation Model to reduce the vulnerability window on infrastructure-less scenarios, which includes exploring reputation based systems, and more efficient revocation information distribution mechanisms.

Abstract
Image enhancement is an important task in image processing, use of wavelet transform improves the quality of an image and reduces distortion level. Image enhancement is an important step for any complicated algorithms, in computer vision and image processing. Denoising is necessary and the initial step to be taken prior to the image data is analyzed. It is essential to apply an efficient enhancement technique, to compensate such data corruption. The effort of image enhancement is to improve an image that is cleaner than its distortion observation. Therefore, a substantial technology in image analysis is noise reduction and the initial step to be taken prior to images is analyzed. In this paper proposed a hybrid method for image enhancement for improvement of image analysis. The process of raw image gets the high component value of noise in environment. For the reduction of these noise used wavelet domain method. The wavelet method is well recognized method for voice noise reduction. In
