Abstract
Milk is one of the best food available due to its nutrition values. For production of processed milk and other dairy products, quality Milk processing plants are required. Milk processing includes pasteurization, homogenization, evaporation, drying etc. In this study, system of a milk pasteurization process assisted by VAR is thermodynamically modeled.
