Abstract
The purpose of this work is to study the influence of heat discharge rate and effect of flow characteristics when modification made on operating speed, blade thickness, diameter of hub, vane angles, shape of blades. This work is done on axial flow fan used in automobiles. For this we use ANSYS software for modeling of axial fan and by using computational fluid dynamics, we compare the results obtained by this analysis with the existing.

Abstract
The recent advances in development of Wireless Communication in Vehicular Adhoc Network (VANET) has provided emerging platform for industrialists and researchers. Vehicular Ad hoc Networks are multihop networks with no fixed infrastructure. It comprises of moving vehicles communicating with each other. One of the main challenge in VANET is to route the data efficiently from source to destination. Designing an efficient routing protocol for VANET is tedious task. Also because of wireless medium it is vulnerable to several attacks. Since attacks mislead the network operations, security is mandatory for successful deployment of such technology. This survey paper gives brief overview of different routing protocols. Also attempt has been made to identify major security issues and challenges associated with different routing protocols.

Abstract
Block truncation coding (BTC) has been considered a highly efficient compression technique for decades. In the present era of multimedia, the requirement of fast coding and decoding is necessary for color image storage and transmission for video conferencing, image and video retrieval, video playback, etc. Block truncation coding (BTC) is a lossy image compression technique which uses moment preserving quantization method for compressing digital color level image. A modified BTC using max-min quantization is proposed in this paper to overcome the mentioned drawbacks.

Abstract
Internal combustion engines are fitted with a cooling system which is responsible for removing certain heat from the engine and keeps the engine from overheating. This cooling system requires a large space to meet cooling need and also have limited heat dissipation. The goal of this concept is to design an advanced engine cooling system that will be compact in size and dissipate more heat. The compact shape will allow for alternate system placement options within the engine compartment and better heat dissipation maintain engine thermal efficiency. New concepts will be considered and a testing set-up will be built to demonstrate the chosen design.
