Abstract
In this research article we've introduced a brand new fast, robust multiplication methodology on the idea of Vedic arithmetic. Basic and also the core of all the Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) are a unit its multipliers and speed of the DSPs is especially determined by the speed of its multipliers. That multiplication is the most basic operation with intensive arithmetic computations. Nikhilam Sanskrit literature, one among the Multiplication sutra of Vedic arithmetic is economical in multiplying massive decimal numbers because it reduces multiplication of two massive decimal numbers to two smaller numbers. The planned repetitious algorithmic rule is taken from Nikhilam sutra and is more optimized by use of dropping least important zeros of the binary numbers and activity bit shifting to require the advantage of bit reduction in multiplication. The reduced bit multiplication algorithmic rule supported the Vedic multiplication formula planned during this paper that's Nikhilam sutra. W

Abstract
VANET is the technology of building a robust Ad-Hoc network between mobile vehicles and each other, between mobile vehicles and roadside units., there are two category of nodes in VANETs; mobile nodes as On Board Units (OBUs) and static nodes as Road Side Units (RSUs). In this paper rural and urban area scenario created for AODV and DSDV in VANET environment with varying speed i.e. 30m/sec, 60m.sec and 90m/sec, and the performance has been evaluated on the basis of throughput and residual energy.

Abstract
Congestion and load balancing is a key problem in MANET. MANET is a network which operates in the absence of any fixed infrastructure, because it has to work under dynamic conditions. For effective load balancing, congestion control and to improve energy-routing matrices, the authentic capture of the load at various locations of the network is required. In this paper an algorithm is proposed that combine RED with threshold value (MaxTh, MinTh). The basic idea behind RED queue management is to detect incipient congestion early and to convey congestion notification to the end hosts. Our purpose is to design an efficient congestion control algorithm to enhance throughput and packet delivery ratio. Simulation is done in a 2.34 simulator environment. Simulation results show that our new ERED algorithm gives better performance than the existing RED algorithm by solving some problem in RED. The comparison is shown in terms of throughput and packet delivery ratio.

Abstract
The research on problems concerning holes in sensor networks is one of the major problems in WSN. Holes affect the network capacity and perceptual coverage of the network. In this paper we have categorized the hole on the basis of cause and effects. We have also presented pros and cons for the hole healing mechanism for wireless sensor network. Many techniques are proposed for hole detection. These mechanisms addresses a particular type of hole, here we have categorized them on the basis of type of hole they addressed.
